Job Description:
Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a passionate and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from customers and assist with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide assistance as needed. 3. Research and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Use emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, quality assurance standards, and customer satisfaction scores. 7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Ability to research and problem-solve effectively. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting. 7. Proficient in using technology and computer systems. 8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
