Call Center Associate - Remote Work

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries 2. Provide information about products and services 3. Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot problems 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies 7. Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction 8. Meet and exceed call center metrics and goals

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 7. Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly
