Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Utilize company resources to troubleshoot and solve customer problems. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a remote team. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
