Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Call Center Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Johor Bahru, Johor, MY on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues, answering questions, and assisting with booking changes. 3. Research and update customer information in the system accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets. 5. Utilize time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 3. Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Proven time management abilities to handle a high volume of calls efficiently. 5. Must be driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
