Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team at Genting Group. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for remote work, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to achieve key performance indicators and goals - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall performance - Monitor call quality and provide feedback and coaching to agents as needed - Analyze call center data and trends to make data-driven decisions and improvements - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in call center management - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding call center targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and organizational abilities - Ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Experience with call center technologies and software - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
