Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer for remote work in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with various inquiries - Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Conduct research as needed to provide accurate information to customers - Exhibit emotional intelligence and empathy when interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers
