Job Description:
As a Call Center Officer at Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, your main responsibility will be to handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients, providing them with excellent customer service and support. You will be working remotely from Kuala Lumpur and will be expected to work part-time hours.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from clients and providing assistance with their queries or concerns. 2. Making outbound calls to clients to follow up on issues or provide updates. 3. Providing information about Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad's products and services to clients. 4. Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to resolve them. 5. Keeping detailed records of all interactions with clients in the company's database. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently. 5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay. 6. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours as required.
