Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through remote work. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information or resolving issues promptly. 2. Responding to customer inquiries via email or chat in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. 4. Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to best assist customers. 5. Adhering to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction. 6. Documenting customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference. 7. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic personality traits to effectively engage with customers. 2. Strong presentation skills to deliver information and solutions clearly and concisely. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 5. Proficiency in using technology and software for remote communication. 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
