Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Utilize resources to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products and services - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Confidence and resourcefulness to navigate customer interactions effectively - Strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport with customers - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
