Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our products and services. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their needs are met and provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction 3. Provide information about products and services to customers 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution 7. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Confident and driven personality traits 3. Strong cooperation and persuasion skills 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent
