Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Call Center Specialist to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad. This is a remote work position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise - Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and additional services offered by Malaysia Airlines - Handle customer complaints and ensure a swift resolution to any issues - Update customer information in the company database to maintain accurate records - Collaborate with team members to ensure that customer service standards are consistently met - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong customer service orientation - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure - Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
