Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad, a leading telecommunications company in Malaysia. This is a remote work opportunity based in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information, resolve issues, and address their concerns. 2. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media platforms. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 4. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system. 5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and be resilient in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Comfortable working remotely and using various communication tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
