Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Perodua in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This position is part-time and offers the opportunity to work remotely. As an Associate Level Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a seamless experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company - Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
