Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is looking for a motivated Call Center Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely, making it a great opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility in their work schedule. As an Associate Level employee, we are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with team members to optimize call center performance 5. Utilize call center software to efficiently manage call volume and prioritize tasks 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful with a positive attitude 2. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 3. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively 4. Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office suite 5. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
