Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

S P Setia Berhad is currently seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in managing the chat support system, ensuring smooth operation and efficient customer service - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide support in lead generation and conversion - Utilize data and analytics to improve chat support performance and customer satisfaction - Contribute to the development of chat support strategies and initiatives - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic - Excellent leadership and project management skills - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
