Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers remote work flexibility. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through live chat.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via live chat - Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order status - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes - Providing feedback on customer trends and issues to the management team

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Proficiency in typing and using chat software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovation and creativity in problem-solving - Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
