Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and passionate Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but candidates should possess a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support through chat communication channels - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and brand image - Uphold a high level of emotional intelligence when dealing with customers and team members - Contribute innovative ideas to improve the customer support process - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Motivated and passionate individual - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent
