Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our remote team at Eco World Development Group Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time position that requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills - At least 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - High school diploma or equivalent
