Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to assist patients and customers with inquiries, account issues, scheduling appointments, resolving complaints, and providing general information about our healthcare services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via online chat. 2. Provide accurate information about healthcare services, appointment scheduling, insurance coverage, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support services. 6. Document and update customer records with accurate and relevant information. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Resilient and driven personality traits with a customer-centric approach. 5. Soft skills including presentation and leadership abilities. 6. Proficiency in online chat software and customer service platforms. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
