Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Petronas is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team remotely in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of chat support agents, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective chat support operations - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure high-quality customer service delivery - Resolve escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Proven experience in chat support management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong research and emotional intelligence skills
