Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor on a remote work basis. This entry-level position requires 1 year of experience and entails providing chat support to customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat platforms - Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for customer support

Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficient in written communication with excellent typing skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Must have access to a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment - Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
