Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative. This is a remote work position located in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be confident and independent, and have a strong sense of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat, addressing any inquiries or issues that customers may have in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Document all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in systems or processes - Uphold high standards of customer service and strive for excellence in all interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure - Confidence in handling diverse customer inquiries and challenging situations - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Analytical skills to identify patterns and provide solutions to common customer issues - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs - Proficiency in basic computer applications and software - High school diploma or equivalent required
