Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

QSR Brands is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a remote worker based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently via online chat - Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers - Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer service strategies - Meeting or exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking individual with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
