Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job description:

We are looking for a talented Chat Support Representative to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. This is a part-time, remote work position based in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via chat to provide support and resolve inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Document customer interactions and reported issues accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - Strong leadership and analytical skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using chat support software and tools - Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
