Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide timely and accurate support - Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Utilize strategic planning to identify opportunities for improving customer support processes - Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear and concise solutions - Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Proficiency in using chat support software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
