Job Description:
Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via online chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries, technical issues, and product information. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support is provided. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and continuous improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. 4. Experience with people management and conflict resolution. 5. Independent and adaptable mindset to work effectively in a remote setting.
