Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Client Relations Associate to join our team at Petronas, a leading oil and gas company, as a remote worker based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in client relations - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or events
