Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of client communication strategies. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 5. Analyze client feedback and use insights to improve overall client experience. 6. Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with relevant information.

Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable personality traits are essential for success in this role. 2. Strong persuasion skills and creativity are necessary for effectively building relationships with clients. 3. Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
