Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a talented and dynamic Client Relations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience for individuals looking to balance work and personal commitments.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities - Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations - Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall experience - Keep accurate records of interactions with clients and update CRM system accordingly

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong research and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
