Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, taking proactive measures to address any areas of concern - Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of client relationships - Regularly communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client relationship management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in client relations or account management roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Resourceful and independent mindset with a problem-solving attitude - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
