Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Officer. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, MY, offering part-time hours for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Provide leadership and guidance to client relations team members - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills - Strong leadership abilities and experience in client relations or customer service - Ability to analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other client relations software - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
