Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Relations Officer to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. This is a part-time remote role based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, suitable for entry-level candidates with zero years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess an unwavering sense of resilience and reliability, as well as excellent presentation skills and a keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key achievements and opportunities for growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations - Handle any client escalations or disputes in a professional and timely manner


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in customer service or account management is a plus - Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
