Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Malacca City on a part-time basis, with the option to work remotely. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are being met and issues are resolved promptly. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company database. 5. Assist with the development and implementation of client retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Coordinate with the sales team to provide support in generating new business and expanding existing client relationships.

Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable individual who can represent the company in a positive light. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
