Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Client Relations Specialist at Petron Malaysia, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company. This role will involve remote work, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations - Handle and resolve client complaints and issues effectively and efficiently


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field - Resourceful and hardworking with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with clients' needs and concerns - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using CRM software to manage client interactions and data
