Job Description:
Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients in order to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company. This is a remote work position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Understand clients’ needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements - Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Develop strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and able to work independently - Creative problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
