Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. This is a part-time, remote position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but the successful candidate must possess a strong sense of confidence and resourcefulness. Attention to detail and creativity are essential soft skills for this role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and issues in a timely manner - Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities for growth - Monitor and report on client feedback and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and creativity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
