As a Client Service Assistant at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients while working remotely from your location in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. This part-time, entry-level position requires zero years of experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in client services.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service delivery - Assist in resolving client complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
