Job Description:


Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent client service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels. - Assist clients with inquiries, problem-solving, and resolution of issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experience. - Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures. - Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and discretion.


Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork. - 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
