Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Client Service Manager to work remotely in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This part-time position is ideal for a professional with 7 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level. The successful candidate will be adaptable and resourceful, with strong people management and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns - Create strategies to improve client experience and drive growth - Monitor and analyze client feedback to make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Provide training and support to internal teams on client servicing best practices


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in client service or account management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - People management and creativity soft skills
