Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Client Service Manager to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in client service management roles.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues - Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service processes - Train and onboard new team members on client service protocols and best practices
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Proven track record of success in client service management roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
