Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Petronas is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in the Johor Bahru area. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their goals and objectives. 2. Work closely with clients to identify their needs and recommend solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. 3. Provide support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor client accounts and take proactive steps to ensure their satisfaction and overall success. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth. 6. Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of client relationships. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.

Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in a client service or account management role. 2. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Experience working remotely and using virtual communication tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
