Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

SIRIM Berhad, a leading research and technology organization in Malaysia, is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote work basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in client services and possess a strong sense of resourcefulness and confidence.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and performance - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client services or account management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience working remotely and managing client relationships from a distance - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

Soft skills: - Cooperation: able to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners - Critical thinking: able to analyze information and make informed decisions
