Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Client Service Manager to join our team at YTL Corporation Berhad. This is a part-time remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients - Coordinate with various departments to ensure client needs are met - Oversee the resolution of client issues and concerns in a timely manner - Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Prepare reports and presentations for clients as needed - Monitor and analyze client feedback to improve services and offerings - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client service or account management - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
