Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Manager to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. This is a remote work position based in Malacca City, Melaka, Malaysia. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and act as the main point of contact for all their needs - Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to clients - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Monitor and analyze client performance data to identify trends and recommend solutions - Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide relevant insights to clients - Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service or account management - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively - Highly organized with excellent time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
