Job Description:


Maxis Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team on a remote basis in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working in a virtual setting. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, innovative, and analytical.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests. 3. Analyze client data to identify trends and improve service delivery. 4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty. 5. Provide support to the sales team by preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients. 6. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements in service delivery. 8. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions to improve the overall client experience.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Confidence in dealing with clients in a professional manner. 8. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive strategic initiatives.
