Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Genting Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat - Resolving client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assisting with client onboarding and training as needed - Monitoring client feedback and escalating issues as necessary - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Strong people management and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent education
