Job Description:
As a Client Support Assistant at Malaysia Airlines Berhad, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to clients in resolving their inquiries and issues related to flight bookings, travel arrangements, and general customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Analyzing and troubleshooting client issues to provide accurate and effective solutions. 3. Assisting clients with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 5. Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records in the company’s database. 6. Providing feedback to the management team on areas of improvement in client support processes. 7. Adhering to company protocols and guidelines to uphold service quality and standards.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients. 3. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions. 6. Willingness to cooperate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment. 7. High level of drive and motivation to excel in a fast-paced and challenging work setting.
