Job Description:
UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Officer to join our remote team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in client support and customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management and technical support issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams or departments - Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client support is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong cooperation and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required
