Job Description:
As a Client Support Officer at Nestlé Malaysia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with at least 4 years of relevant experience and a strong drive to succeed.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address their inquiries and concerns promptly. 2. Ensure all client requests are handled efficiently and accurately, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate client-related activities and projects. 4. Maintain client records and documentation in a timely and organized manner. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Provide feedback to management on recurring client issues and suggest solutions for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously enhance services. 8. Assist in training new team members on client support procedures and protocols.
Requirements: 1. Associate level degree or equivalent work experience. 2. 4+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 8. Strong time management and project management skills.
