Providing technical support and troubleshooting any issues clients may have with our products or services. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client support processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Confident and driven personality traits. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Excellent decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
